About Support Works Australia
Support Works Australia builds on the foundation of TriCollective, a registered NDIS provider supporting people across the Hunter region since 2016.
As the disability sector continues to change, so have the needs of the people, families and professionals we support. Our focus remains the same; to provide meaningful, reliable support that makes a difference.
We believe the right support can change everyday life.
For many people, understanding what support and funding is available can feel overwhelming.
We help make sense of what’s possible, what’s practical and what will genuinely help.
Meaningful support looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s practical help, consistency during difficult periods, support to build independence, or simply having the right people around at the right time.
Our experienced team provides practical, responsive support for people with a wide range of support needs, including complex support requirements and behaviours of concern. We work closely with participants, families and professional support teams to create stable environments where people feel safe, understood and supported to move forward in life.
We understand how important reliable support and stable placements are, especially during periods of change or uncertainty. That’s why we focus on building consistent teams, maintaining strong communication and providing support people can genuinely depend on.
Our Support Coordination team is available to anyone with an NDIS plan, regardless of
diagnosis.
We welcome referrals and enquiries from participants, families, hospitals, allied health
professionals and support teams across all services.
